I received an email from a student, “Brian, my bedroom was really cold last winter, the walls had ice on them!!” So my question to him:
Is your home adequately insulated?
- are your walls cold to the touch
- do you feel drafts
- where is the greatest loss of heat in your home, do you know
- when was the last time you visited your attic, basement or crawlspace
Class #4 will discuss where the greatest heat loss in your home is and the benefits of insulating your home. To become proactive, the class will develop a “to-do list”, designed to tackle the insulation problems you may have. Brian will also demonstrate how to install insulation properly.
